I start a flight cold & dark
After everything is running and waiting for the temps increase I either open flight plan and create a new one .

I open up the ATC window, click to talk to the tower and nothing .I keep clicking and nothing happens. It won't let me talk....

This happens about 10% of the time...

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

BTW- I open up another flight plan that I had saved and same problem-can't communicate with the tower...

Ideas?
