Lost Redux Download!

Hi, I purchased SW Lights Redux some years back and installed and have been enjoying them in FSX. My system had some issues recently and I did a complete uninstall of all FSX. I am reinstalling everything and cannot find my A2A SW Lights Redux download file . How do I re-download without paying again? Thank you and Merry Christmas! Matthew.

can you log into your store account, then go to the top left 'MY ACCOUNT' and you will be able to view your account details including the products associated with your account.

Hello, who should I contact for support when I apparently have no account but I do have an order number? Everytime I try to log in, it tells me it doesn't exist. Or even better is there be a way to maybe even transfer my purchase to a store such as http://www.flightsimstore.com for easier download? I have most of my purchases there.

let us know the order number and I can let you know the account username, on our store its the email address you used to sign up or make the first purchase btw. But you will have received emails upon this so also worth checking your junk/spam folder if the emails ended up in there.

Ok my order number is 20071213222503. I have checked that email but it mentions only a link that works for 72 hours. Nothing about an account. When I click "Forgot Password" it says my email doesn't exist. Please let me know what can be done.

I did also find my file afterall however, it would still be useful to get an updated installer because I have this issue when trying to install the 3D Lights onto the Steam Edition. I currently have MSFX installed in the same drive (E:) as the Steam Edition. I have directed my installer to the Steam Edition but I get this message.


The 3D Lights are not installed for MSFSX or Steam Edition. I am curious though as to how the installers work with 2 FSX versions installed on the same drive and system because I do have Accufeel and upgrades to Land, Sea and Air that need installing as well. Is it really a big issue having both versions installed? I still need to back up my settings for the boxed version so I can't uninstall that all the way yet.

It was prior, in 2007 as I think the order number shows part of a date I noticed. In fact it does, I just checked and it says 12/13/2007 as the purchase date. The email was received from [email protected] I remember I clicked on your page at A2A to purchase it as it was not available through other stores at the time.

Hi,
It is a good ,nay essential that you copy your bought downloads to a source apart from your PC ie an external drive or memory stick plus the passwords for them.

It was copied to an external drive but it got lost in a ton of folders. I even forgot what I named it exactly because it was not coming up at all. I just had too much trouble finding it, but I do like the idea I can download again if this happens again or the drive is not readily available though. Thanks for the tip though.
