Hell, what a nice write-up of a dramatic takeoff and emergency ditching!

I have practically only flown the Cherokee since release, but now I want to break out my Strat!

They seem too powerful, those corncobs, but when you start loosing them one after the other the Stratocruiser tends to act more like an asteroid than an airplane. Good thing you made a successful ditching! :-D
