Yes.....but....they must be done 'correctly'.
In other words, at the correct landing speed for the aircraft and touchdown must be on the prop/belly ONLY. Any touch of the wingtips on the ground will kill you. Any contact with airfield buildings that have 'hit boxes' (i.e. the ones that can be damaged) will also kill you.
