has anyone been able to successfully download the 10_03_15 update? I get it to download but when I click on it to install I get and error stating this file cannot be found. I'm just curious if the file is actually not attached to the download link or if my PC is blocking it somehow.
Thanks

No problems here ... must be something weird happening with your PC. Try a different browser - if you have one - that may trick the system!jwg3 wrote:has anyone been able to successfully download the 10_03_15 update? Are you saving it to a temp directory or manually using save as to save it someplace on your PC?jwg3 wrote:has anyone been able to successfully download the 10_03_15 update? Re: Accu-Sim Update 10_03_15 DOWNLOAD
I usually just click on the link and it downloads to my pc. Then I double click the file and it extracts itself and begins the install. This time when I double click the file I get a message saying the file is not found.

Re: Accu-Sim Update 10_03_15 DOWNLOAD
Okay I was finally able to get the update to install. It turns out my antivirus system was blocking it. I tried adding it as a trusted file and that did not work. I ended up just disabling it and that worked. Thanks for the inputs.

Re: Accu-Sim Update 10_03_15 DOWNLOAD
Hi, I just installed my A2A aircraft into Prepar3D v3.1 and as the final step I downloaded and ran the Accu-Sim Update 10_03_15.
I am getting a repeated Unhandled Exception Error 8007000e when it finds the 4 aircraft and tries to update them. In all cases the update fails.
All things that I have done are:
- Ran the downloaded executable as Administrator
- Ran the executable directly from the download section from the A2A homepage
- Disabled any anti-virus software, Norton 360 in this case
- Rebooted computer after installing A2A aircraft
- Ran Prepar3D before running the update
- Researched Error 8007000e and downloaded a KB file from Microsoft on the issue. Running the file indicated I already had the update in my Windows 7 installation and it exited
I'm stumped. I tried attaching the error report that is being created but your forums won't accept any practical file format, so I have just pasted it here.
Cheers,
Thad

Re: Accu-Sim Update 10_03_15 DOWNLOAD
Will there be further Accu-Sim Updates after the 10/3/15 version? Or does the 10/3/15 version continuously update our A2A planes every time we run it?

Re: Accu-Sim Update 10_03_15 DOWNLOAD
If you've already run the updater then all the Accusim planes installed prior to running the updater should be up to date. Running it again will not install a new update. A new updater will have the release date as the file name. That's at least what it used to be.DMdoc wrote:Will there be further Accu-Sim Updates after the 10/3/15 version? Re: Accu-Sim Update 3_27_15 DOWNLOAD
If you just installed the T-6, there is no need to run this, however, it won't hurt too as the T-6 and the 3-27-2015 update are the same.

Re: Accu-Sim Update 3_27_16 DOWNLOAD
Downloaded the new update, it still fails to update any of my 4 Accu-Sim aircraft. An error message is displayed each time I select "Update". Same message as I posted back in February which never did receive a reply. If this is suppose to be the only means of support for your costly products, #FAIL...
