This is a terrific photo which almost deserves its own caption contest... 'ROB: "Er Scott - we seem to be getting rather close to that Seminole!"'Scott - A2A wrote:

Binoculars have plates on them that read "Objects in view appear closer than they are."

Great update, thanks.
I would really like to see, someday, a book with the title "The A2A Story." You guys are really changing the face of FSX, KUDOS!

Not until you hear it from Scott or Lewis themselves, just Nick wishful thinking. Besides, I believe that picture was taken from the ground. If you look above Michal's head, the door is in the unlatched position.

Yeah, afraid you're likely right when it comes to the "wishful thinking" bit... The door is latched though I believe. And looking at the reflections in Scott's sunnies, I reckon they were in flight.Bruce Hamilton wrote:Not until you hear it from Scott or Lewis themselves, just Nick wishful thinking. I haven't flown recently so I can't confirm, but the lever appears to be backwards from what I remember as being in the latched position.

We were in flight and that is the Comanche door in the latched position.
