I like this one best:

Do not enter stalls at too low an altitude...

If anyone's looking for a folder-bound hard copy of the T-6G manual, it's available here from Essco Aircraft.

I haven't worked out the cost comparison of buying a hard copy vs. printing and binding your own (you'd have to factor in paper, ink, binder and the cost of your time)... it's probably come out in favor of printing your own from the free PDF, but I thought I'd post this just to make sure all options are on the table.

Have to agree with those who've mentioned how good those '40s and '50s manuals were. Kind of a high-art level of explaining things. A lot of good talent worked on this material. An aside, but if you want to see the best of the best, check this out.

Going back to studying my manual now...

Forgot to mention, that the upper picture is taken from a freeware Texan.
The pilot in the upper aircraft bears some resemblance to the pilot below. Did A2A take the looks of the upper pilot as a template for their own? :D

Besides. I took this picture on the airport fest (Flugplatzfest) in Mannheim EDFM a few years ago. I´d love to see this livery being made by one of our painters. I could try myself...though it cannot compete with pro´s work! :)

This South African Harvard is owned and sometimes even operated by a small association, or club if you like, who are restoring historic aircraft: Flugwerk Mannheim e.V.
Among the Harvard they have restored a J3C, Tiger Moth, and several others.

The fact that the T-6 now has it's own Forum-place is a good indication. The manual must be peaking around the corner as I'm writing this... :-)

All the Accusim-planes are in my hangar, but they aren't sitting long enough for their engines to cool much before next flight!

Wow. I wonder if the pace isn't even a little faster than we'd anticipated.
