The A2A Simulations Community

Are there any plans to update the P-47, and accusim add on with several of the newer features that are available on the spitfire, 51, and 40? I absolutely love flying the 47, and the 51' would just like to see several of the features available on the mustang added to the Razorback. Such as the ability to jack up the plane, better instrument lights (uv, and fluorescent), an actual hanger, Etc.?

Prior to the core updates, each Accu-Sim bird was a stand alone project. The code for the P-47 is 100% independent and received a huge amount of testing. We went to the core system as we are building our flight simulation engine, it must be able to accommodate all different kinds of aircraft. This means a large part of the code is shared. So, when we put an aircraft on jacks, for example, they usually can all get the same feature.

However, to add features like this to other aircraft requires major surgery, and is therefore would be a very bad thing to do.
