Hello,

I've a little question for the conceptors of A2A,
I really love the "Core Accu-Sim Update v.1.4" for the P51, P40 and Spitfire but I would like to know if one day the same Accusim will be available for your P-47 because this addon is awesome but we have the WoP3 P47 Update v1.1 is a little old now ?
With the "Core Accu-Sim Update v.1.4" our addons are so incredible and perfect...
Please can you tell what you think about this question ?

Best regards, Olivier.

Rebuilding the P-47 to the current modularity of the latest Accu-Sim standards would require a near complete overhaul of the aircraft. I'm not sure that is in the cards right now.

Hello,

I would like to thanks you for your explanations, it's really shame because this P-47 is awesome and have the same Accusim that the P-51 would be perfect.
But if it's impossible then the P-47 for me he stay one incredible airplane...

PS: I'm sorry for my poor English ^^

Regards, Olivier.

Before my computer blew up, I was enjoying a few very fun flights with the P-47. It was nice to be back in the saddle of that big beautiful bird. Really gave you a sense of power.

Hello,

Yes you have right the P-47 is very powerfull and beautiful bird, I possess the P-40, Spitfire, P-51, Piper cube and B-377 but when I fly with my P-47 I can say to myself that's is a great warbird.
A2A is the best team for the aircraft of FSX.
Best regards.

Well, since the Accusim WoP3 P-51 is out now (my very next purchase!!!), while you were in the process of overhauling the "Jug", you could throw in a bubbletop version. I can't speak for all P-47 owners but I would be first in line an happily pay for a new version.

I agree...the appearance of an Accu-Simmed P-47D bubbletop would be an instant purchase for me...

Seriously though. For just a maintenance hanger up to par with the rest of the amazing aircraft... 100$ out of my pocket... right now.

Amazingly great bird. But after flying every plane that has Accusim... I find myself steering clear of the P-47 and the B377. And that's stupid as I just bought the Jug yesterday.

Either way. Great work guys and keep it up. Hopefully we will see a P-38 some day!

This topic comes back quite often.
We are quite a few (to say the least) who would love an update of the Accusim module for the P-47.
Despite its age (compared to the core-Accusim planes), I still fly the P-47 very, VERY often. In fact I fly it much more than the P-40 and the Spit. The P-51 is the only one that gets the same amount of flights.
I would gladly pay for such an update.

I wasn't going to add to this but have to. Lewis/Scott-I know A2A has embarked on GA aircraft and the 104 and F4 are still out there somewhere but I too would really like the '47 to be upgraded to the '51 level. I don't care whether it's a razorback, bubble canopy D or N model.
Hope this can happen as I would sure buy it in a heart beat!

I love the P47 just like it is. It's throaty, has a full cockpit sound set, and has a full featured cockpit. We prefer to spend resources bringing in new aircraft into the Accu-Sim world rather than taking a product as hearty as the P-47 up another notch.

Scott.

The Jug is great! Even with the older accusim module, it is still the best P-47 sim out there. I am sure Accu-Feel can help in some ways. I would love to see an N too, but I can understand Scott's reason.

Think about this, accusim, like any product evolution will continue to advance. By the time the F-4 is released, it will have accusim features not even dreamed up yet. Then people will want the Spitfire, 51...etc brought to those standards too of course...I would  Maybe then we will see WOP4 generation of warbirds. The question becomes would you want your current craft upgraded to that standard, or see new types developed?

I like the P-47 as it is too, I can't say that there is anything that I miss, apart from the bubbletop.

It looks great, sounds great, flies great and is fun to paint, what more could I want?
