Why of course! On the starboard side, the window half of the split door can be opened by itself, and sometimes pinned to the wing. It is more common for pilots to open the top portion rather than both portions. However, the Accusim Piper Cub doesn't allow for this feature, so you must just open the whole thing. However, you don't need to worry about falling out in FSX!
