J-3 airplane invisible..only pilot and passenger visible

Hi,
I just purchased the J-3 and Accusim upgrade. Upon first start up after installation I cannot see the plane..just the occupants. I'm running a just purchased version of FSX on a powerful windows 7 pro computer optimized for simming. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Mike,

Looks like your simulator doesn't meet the requirements. The Accu-sim Piper Cub as with most modern third party aircraft requires FSX to be updated to Service Pack 2 standard. You can download the two service packs from Microsoft. The manual for your Accu-sim Piper Cub simulation is under your start menu >> all programs >> A2A Simulations.

Thanks for getting back to me so fast. I figured that out and downloaded the service packs and things are working better. I've got the 50% throttle issue at the moment but I'm downloading the Cub update from A2A. I hope that will take care of it because re calibrating my joystick did not. Cheers

i figured it out...I had to crank up the sensitivity of the throttle quadrant. Love the sim. Thanks
