Hi everybody!
My accusim Cub v1.1+ hotfix, which I have flown succesfully since its release, has gotten a new annoying feature.
If I want to tie down the plane, it immediately begins to make sharp jumps every other second. After uninstalling
the hole package and then installing one by one, this jumping begins after the patch 1.1! Everything has been just
fine untill now. All other A2A planes are functioning OK. My OS is Windows 7 (64bit) and PC normal i7/Nvidia 285GTX etc.
Driwers for GTX and Soundblaster soundcard are the newest. I have tons of various addons (planes, sceneries and utilities)
+FSUIPC. The nuisance is small, but after all, I would like to own a perfect A2A quality J3.

When you say sharp jumps, is it still creeping very slowly? And I assume this only moves with power on?

Sorry because of my poor english. With those "sharp jumps" I meant a movement, which looks like the plane has a hiccup. The movement is up/down. The feature can be seen
only in VC, not in external views. When I "push" the tie down on, the plane do not sink slightly first as it should, but bounces or shakes sharply up and down and then continues
this hiccup regularly once in two seconds tempo. Otherwise there are no other movements, the plane stays all still on it´s place. This phenomenon can be seen both power on and off.
Sorry, because I can not explain this more clearly. However I hope, that this explanation gave some kind of clue to you and thanks for trieng to help!

OK, we are forcing the airplane to sit still in FSX, yet sometimes FSX fights us. This sounds like some of the Accu-Sim shakes are being perhaps amplified with the tie downs.

The tie downs are not meant to be used when the engine is on.

Scott.

Thank you for a super fast reply. At the same time, when I edited my post after sending it to you, you had allready answered!
Therefore I (just to make sure) must tell you, that this phenomen can be seen both power on AND off.

Hi, Scott!
Could this problem have something to do with simconnect? Anyway, I have uninstalled and reinstalled every package
one by one several times, and it seems to be clear, that this tie down issue comes allways with update v1.1.
The floatplane version sits neatly (on land) when tie down is on. My FS is FSX DeLuxe with Acceleration Expansion.

This happens with me as well with aircraft tied down and engine off. I have the patch installed.

Just to be sure we're talking about the same thing, are you speaking of the very minute fluctuation that happens once per second?

Yes, that's the one. It's really not a game stopper for me, just mentioned it as I saw someone else having the same problem.

Ah, ok, this is just a known glitch of Accu-Sim fighting with FSX with those weights out. Scott.

this is a very old problem..

like the spinning plane -> float version

or the tundra version whitch stuck to the ground...

i recently flyed again with the cub, and just after i installed 'first time' the tongassX, every load game the tundra version stucked to the ground, then jumped up and crashed -> then the simconnect crashed too

soo.. only the normal wheel version is good for me

maybe it's something with the Mesh, because earlier the fsx stock tongass territory worked fine for me (at least it's less offen does this jump/crash/stuck/spinning thing;)

most of the people doesn't come across with that problem....;) soo i used to it
