Hey guys and girls,

Sorry for the delay, but here is the Paintkit. Its a relatively simple aircraft to paint and theres some real interesting late war well worn schemes that i'm sure you artists will jump on.

Many thanks,
Lewis

Lewis,

First of all, THANK YOU FOR THIS!

Second, unfortunately, the archive seems to be corrupt.

Could you fix this?

**EDIT**

Nevermind. Downloaded as torrent. All is OK.

Just wish you added Spec, Spec Alpha and Alpha as well.

Nice skin, Jankees!

But have you used the paintkit only on itself or have you used speculars created by yourself?

I ask this because I would love to have clean specular files in psd. It'd help me a lot.

Also, have you managed to create a polished metal texture like the p-47?. I tried but it was bad. And I mean BAD...

No, I only used the file in the paintkit, and created this skin based on the comics by Romain Hugault.

What do you mean by a clean spec?

and no, I haven't made a bare metal skin, why should I? The luftwaffe always camouflaged their aircraft..

You're right about the Luftwaffe camouflaging their planes. It was just some fancy idea of mine.

For the "clean spec", I mean a spec file like the one used in other paintkits.

but the Uhu has a more or less clean spec file, no markings on it at all? Just dirt and peeled paint.
Otherwise, make one yourself from the paintkit, that should not be too difficult?

Think you're right about the spec. I'll use the czech one.

I tried to make a skin too, it's a quick one and not my final idea, though I think something is wrong with the shadows.

Anyone else having trouble with the file? I've downloaded it a few times, but get a corruption error when I try to extract the PS file.
