Every time I deligate buttons on my joystick and "save to FSX" I get an error message saying "cannot save your configuration please check your flight simulator path" . The aircraft is properly installed on my windows 7 system and the path is selected correctly from the edit dropdown top of the page, I go to spitfire configurator in the adopted fashion ie ;- all programmes, A2A simulation, spitfire III, spitfire input configurator.

Any advise appreciated.
Regards
Mike

Mike,

From memory, search "FSX registry fix tool"

There is an FSX problem that causes it to sometimes "lose track" of where programmes are.

Make sure you are running the config tool as administrator by right clicking and choosing run as admin. OR for more advanced users, change permissions for your user account for the FSX folders.

thanks,
