Installation issues - Can't install? Error? Help!!

Hi there,

Everytime I try to install the Spitfire to my P3D (This is the first stage so I'm assume it's trying to extract everything) to here:

This error keeps popping up and it won't let me go past it...

Very strange? I have the P3D V4.2 Academic License... Any help is highly appreciated!

Hello,

before our installer engineer gets here to help. I would suggest first a new download as corruption is mentioned in the error message.

Hi Krake802,

Sorry to hear you've had some problems with the Spit installation. This is the first time this error has been reported, so please can you give us a little bit more information about your system.

Which version of Windows are your using?
Do you have any anti-virus software or other third-party utilities running during installation?
Did you extract the executable fuel from the zipped archive prior to installation?

Lewis's suggestion to re-download a copy of the installer is a good place to start.

Hello Gentlemen.

I had downloaded this from Justflight & for some reason during download it corrupted. After I posted this post I did redownload it & it seemed to work.

I think somewhere along the line during the first download it didn't download everything and corrupted but it all works now and is a fantastic addon!
