Flying Guppy AI

Post by dsward1 »

So, for the first time in a long time, I'm flying the Guppy on a long haul. Experimenting with performance without the drama of screaming passengers (again).
The large, cage-able attitude indicator on the co-pilot's panel just kind-of lays there. It does move (as opposed to when it is caged), but acts as if it was unpowered. The config file lists two electric and one vacuum ai, so I'm guessing this is the vac ai. Is there a problem being modeled here, or has it always been this way?

Took my copy of the Guppy up last night and mine is just like that.

... I have only the 7/15/14 update installed so I guess she came out of the box that way, along with her turbos and pressurization system and stuff ripped out .....

It'd be nice to have it working... For some reason, I've been flying the Guppy from the co-pilot seat most of the time, and without an "inop" sticker, it just doesn't look right.

I was having this issue as well. I'll have to check and see if the latest update fixed it.

I just ran the 11-20-14 update and mine is still inop. Strange. The indicator does change position between locked and unlocked, but it is still not reflecting the aircraft attitude.

Same for me,the indicator is inop even with update 11-20 but only in the Guppy.
Could this be checked?
