Switching aircraft will not make any difference at all unless you have implemented a method to save/restore
the DAT files for each paint separately.

Interesting idea. I never thought of swapping the dat files around although it's quite obvious now you mention it.

Which files specifically need saving in order to do this? Just the one "377log.dat" file in the new "My Docs\A2A" folder location? (Plus backups possibly). Or is the "B377.dat" file needed as well? It's something I would consider doing, depending on whether I'm trying to run a serious career ferrying passengers, use the 377 with AirHauler for cargo, or try breaking things just for fun :)

I would save/restore both of those dat files.

I wrote a batch file to do this for my B-17G's. I have 4 different "save"
folders and two batch files on my desktop. One to save the current
aircrafts dat file to it's folder and one to load a particular B-17's dat
file from it;s folder to the A2A\B17 folder.

I also swap my scenery.cfg files based on where I intend to fly. I pare
down the cfg files, removing all scenery entries that are not in the
area of interest. I have cfg's for Europe, USA, Hawaii, Oz and ALL areas.

The passengers are way too sensitive!

I haven't had any complains yet. Maybe your flying is just too rough?

Hint: don't fly into thunderstorms.

And another possible bug...

Shift P works but Shift P 1 or 2 for directional push back does not for some reason.

And I have been fired from the airline!!

After my last 2 hour flight Portland to San Francisco, in which everything went smoothly until the last seconds of the approach when a strong crosswind pushed me off to the side of the runway, I corrected using rudder, a small bounce on touch down then into reverse thrust. Which I had trouble counteracting once employed. All 4 engines quit on the main runway - and knowing that to "slew is to loose" so to speak, I unloaded passengers on the main runway thinking it would make no difference to the management career score. Well, I was wrong.

I was fired for "safety aspects" of my flight!!! I assume it was for unloading on the main runway? Or was it for all for engines quitting after trying to get out of the reverse propeller situation?

Any input from A2A would be good.

Sigh, a new career starts over...

I have used Shift+P 1 with no problems to pushback and turn the tail to the left.

All I can tell you is that Shift P 1 or 2 works with all other aircraft, but not the B377. ?
Any ideas? I have disabled EZDOK as a possible source, but no difference

When you extend the cowl flaps to their limit and hold the buttons, the sound of them extending will play, even if they extended fully, if you retract them all the way, there is no problem with sound.

I confirm this: The electrical motor sound probably ought to be consistent in both directions, up or down.

For now two things are present i believe:

1.When you extend the cowl flaps to their limit and hold the buttons, the sound of them extending will play, even if they extended fully, if you retract them all the way, there is no problem with sound.

2.The reverse thrust doesn't increase fuel flow.(One can for example taxi on reversers to save fuel  I know, i know of course will not do it 8) )

+ Auto changing from the near to empty tanks to fuller tanks when FE is working could be added.

Maybe a little hotfix could be issued ? 8)

Best regards,

I'm sure if you put the CG far enough aft, she will probably fly backwards as well. Just think of the cost per mile

 Steering the darn thing like that would be a challenge all by itself, the youngest crew member would spot at the rear of the plane :), but the almost no $ per mile is worth the risk, especially in these dark times...
