Okay fella's.... I always hate posting something here as it usually turns out to be a "DS" thing I've done. (smile)

Just did a rebuild on the old computer.....reformat hard drive....etc., etc.

Installed stock FSX (with SP1 & SP2.....as you may have seen my last "problem" I thought....Smile)

Anyway.....first payware aircraft installed was the P40.....everything has been working great.....have about 10 hrs flight time.

Last evening I thought I'd start putting my other favorite AC in.

Installed the Spitfire first...with updates etc. (Both A/C & Accusim).... went for a short flight around the pattern and all seems great.

Next came the B17.....(Both A/C & Accusim)......again....short flight, maybe 30 mins. and all went well.

Installed the Cub....(same as before...both pkgs)......haven't yet flown her but I'm sure it will be fine.

This morning, I took a about 1.5 hour flight in the Spit......wonderful flight had a great time, however, this evenings flight was going to be the P40......it now shows major engine problems. Mags are bad.......major cooling leaks & radiator, .........can't remember everything, but the maintenance hanger is glowing red. Problem being..... I can't fix anything. Clicking on the repair, I get the repair noise......it turns green for a couple seconds, then right back red again. I haven't yet tried reinstallation of the P-40.....that will probably be my next step........but was wondering if there was a way just to dump the data file without screwing something up......saving me a reinstallation?

Suggestions??

Thanks,

I would guess that you need to install the Accusim Core Update 1.2 again.

Actually, all you needed to do was delete the DAT file for that particular model and that would have
given you a "new" aircraft. But it was probably wise to reinstall the core update in any case as it
applies to bot the Spit and the P-40.
