Why Accu-feel has left my system. (For the second time)

So, after the first time I purchased accu-feel, back in version 1, I really enjoyed it. But, I would get FREQUENT crashes. All, because of A2A_feel.dll.

After being REALLY disappointed, I upgraded to V2, THINKING that this *might* have been fixed, but to no surprise, I still get frequent crashes. All because of A2A_feel.dll

I really like Accu-feel, but this is a real problem.

We have not had this reported to us at all with random crashes.

Can you please make sure you are installing as admin (if on 64bit OS) and also that you are running as full admin and that your AV/Firewall has any required exceptions. Can you laso please let us know the exact error.
