Please help me!

Post by Samster »

I just got the A2A simulations Accufeel v2 and when I have to install the "Installing Microsoft (R)" page it just said this:

"A cabinet file necessary for installation cannot be trusted. Please verify the Cryptograghic Services are enabled and the cabinet file certificate is valid."

How do I jet around that? Thank you so much!

-Sam

Hello,

you can skip the direct X9 section if it doesn't run on your system. Alternative direct from Microsoft is here;
http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download ... x?id=34429

thanks,

This is a windows error so you
Might have to google the error to look for solutions. I believe there are solutions for this error and I think it has to do with wininstaller settings but from the top of my head I cannot be 100% certain.

Thanks,
Lewis

Hello,

Because this is a windows error we can only help you so far. You will really want to google the error and seek solutions from Microsoft and its support services.

If your Direct X9 is already updated you can skip the direct X9 section of the installation and use your A2A Product as intended.

Thanks,
Lewis

That is what I mean by I found something... I have googled it and red a lot of things and it didn't do a thing. What do you mean by skipping it because I can't.
