Turbolence question

Post by Denco »

So I'm fine tuning my turbulence settings and I noticed that there is a clear day turbulence option which adds fake turbulence.I use ASN and I prefer to disable that one since the weather program gives me realistic weather. Do the other two options turbulence chop and turbulence gust do the same, or do they only enhance the given turbulence that ASN throws at fsx?

Hello,

not sure what you mean by fake turbulence but yes all settings in Accu-feel add to what is already there.

thanks,
Lewis

The question mark for the clear air turbulence says the following "A value of 50 means that on average you will encounter clear air turbulence once every 4 hours". This to me implies it adds turbulence effect that is otherwise not present. Now this is great for the stock weather, but with ASN this option is redundant since the program adds turbulence effects it self.
