Hi,

I want to say to the A2A Team that your helping customers to enjoy what they paid for, due to the failure of FSS to honor their duty, is of an extreme elegance.
P3Dv4.5 - V35B - C172 - Cherokee

A2A is the jewel of the Flight Sim community as far as customer satisfaction and community involvement. That OCD like attention to detail that has made Accu-Sim and all of their products what they are carries over into everything they do. As a whole, Flight Sim is a friendlier community than 95% of "communities" on the web, but A2A stands above the rest precisely because of involvement like this.
System Specs:
Intel i7-2600 @ 4.3GHz, ASUS P8P67-Deluxe, 8GB DDR3-1600, ATI Radeon HD7770 (2GB), OCZ Vertex 250GB SSD (OS), Seagate 1TB HDD (Data)
FSX w/Acceleration and tons of add-ons.

Hello dear A2A Team!

I purchased the C172 Trainer back in 2016 and as all the others here i can't get updates that i wish to have. I feel very bad for having spent so much money on the FSSTORE. Will never buy again there. I bought the bonanza in your store directly. Can you help me migrate my C172 over to you? Thanks in advance for your help! - Mlapfly :P

Hi A2A,

I'm trying to install again after a major system crash
But I cannot download it again because your site doesn't recognize my credentials.
Can you help me with this?

Thanks,
Alex Boon

Hi Alex,

We launched a brand new A2A store with new P3Dv4 installers a few months ago and this requires a different login. Please see this pinned announcement for details of how to transfer your old account and order(s) to the new A2A store.

When you do this, you'll also receive some 'A2A Flying Hours' (a form of loyalty point) for previous purchases. Please bear in mind this process may take a few days, and in the meantime the original installer can still be downloaded from the old store.

Thanks,
Nick
