Accu-Feel - download problem

Hello, on Thursday last week I purchased Accu-Feel V2 via your store, payment was made via paypal. Problem: I couldn't find a working download link. I think, something went wrong during purchase process Emails to the "support@...." are not answered so I hope to get help here.
Where can I download the program now?
