Mr. Scott Gentle/Staff,
From what I've read and seen so far, it seems to me that this product enhances the overall sound environment for the user. However, can/will it...
1. Conflict with 3rd Party Sound Upgrade packages like FS Sound Environment X (Click HERE for Pic).
2. Do you plan on developing a physic engine to couple with this product that will enabling all of FSX (default/3rd Party) aircraft to be able to be *Accu-Simm'ed* (Tweaked) by the user or to conform to the sounds coming out of your Accu-Feel engine. Is it even a possibility to do this independently of the original 3rd party developer?
3. Can you make Accu-Feel enhance, replace, or include improvements to FSX default effects, such as the rain, water spray/wake, and G-force Red/black-out capabilities?

Thanks.

Hi James,

These are tough questions to answer right now, w/o further testing, but I'll try.

1. Conflict with 3rd Party Sound Upgrade packages like FS Sound Environment X (Click HERE for Pic).
The basic design of Accu-Feel is to work beneath everything, so it is highly resistant to conflicts. So, this is unlikely, but without actually testing it, cannot say for certain.

When you think of the aircraft we've Accu-Simmed, the identity of Accu-Sim carries far more than can be done with a general update like Accu-Feel. I see Accu-Feel as more of an FSX base upgrade. The main thing is to keep Accu-Feel painless and easy to install / work with everything so we have to think long and hard before we add options. After the next Accu-Feel update is out, I think this may be a little clearer as to what we can do. Not sure if this helps, but this is tough to predict.

3. Can you make Accu-Feel enhance, replace, or include improvements to FSX default effects, such as the rain, water spray/wake, and G-force Red/black-out capabilities?
We can, but to do that would be to change some FSX files. So far, Accu-Feel does everything w/o making any changes (which is a beautiful thing), so if we are to make that step, it has to be for a very good reason.

Scott.

Thank you, Mr. Scott Gentle!
I decided to purchase it & try it out for myself and will let you know if there are any issues.

Thank you for enhancing FSX! 8)

EDIT:
I installed it into FSX without the FS Sound Environment X software and it worked beautifully, then I installed the FS Sound Environment X software and it worked MUCH BETTER; I have 7.1 Surround Sound Speakers on an 8.1 Soundblaster sound system. It works fine but I'm not sure if it would work the other way around. Will try it on another test system and let you know. Thank you for your attention.

Its time to update my Sig. :D
