You will have to talk to fspilotshop.com then, as they are the ones who sold you the product and provide the download. Lewis can only reactivate purchases made in A2A's own shop.

Sedaps, If you purchased the product from FSPilotShop, then you need to contact them to have your downloads re-activated. In this case, A2A is simply the publisher of the product, and not the source of purchase.

From the FSPilotShop support forum:

How long do I have to download my purchase?
Solution
FSPilotShop backs up your file on our servers completely free for one full year. You can log back in to your account to retrieve your download at any time. Be sure to make a backup copy in the event that you need to reformat or change hard drives. However, you can still reactivate your download link after a year for a nominal fee if you lose the file and we never make you purchase the product all over again.
