SCREENSHOTS (P-51 Civilian Mustang)

Arguably the finest fighter aircraft of World War II.

After a series of rather disappointing purchases from other add-on aircraft manufacturers, I decided to cheer myself up with something I could rely on - i.e. something from A2A. And here she is, my first single-engine Accu-Sim warbird. I'm still learning all about her, but I'm hugely impressed already. Thanks to all who had a hand in producing her, and thanks also to Tom Weiss for this excellent RAF repaint.

Cheers Lewis. :) Had to post this one, with my civilian P-51 sporting a military P-51 repaint by Jankees. 'Elizabeth Jane' just happens to be the name of my elder daughter !

My mates and I are doing a South Pacific flight currently. We started at Hawaii, flew to Johnston Atoll and headed South. We are about done with the French Polynesia Islands. Our flight yesterday ended at Hikueru (NTGH), in the Islands. It is a nice field and so we snapped a few photos.

Sorry for the large size but downsizing just ruins the shots.

On approach - "Ebony and Ivory". Fictional livery and personalised helmet design inspired by (very) early morning sleeplessness and listening to my radio...

(a couple of corrections and additions yet - and this is fictional/private)

A couple more - closer to being finished. Metallic black with teo-tone blue flipflop over a white mother-of-pearl with golden chroma flipflop... I wonder how much a full aircraft repaint would cost for metallic Du-Pont chromalusion? Not something for the faint-walletted I guess.

Just a normal day in the office. Electrifying work to say the least!

Flying using the beautiful repaint of American Beauty by Mr. Tom Weiss. Thank you very much for your repaints, Tom.

KPUB direct KFMN on a very stormy summer late afternoon.

Live Bait "Live"!

What an outstanding repaint.

Over the coast of Germany enroute to LFRK, early in the morning.
