After the Civistang got out, i started to take a look at the old BBD paint i made for the Mil model.
I wanted a new and fresh paint to this awsome civilian release.
Due to way to much work lately, i started a litle cooperation with mr Musicman.
As we all have seen, the paints he does looks absolutely stunning.
Its not quite finnished yet, but here comes a couple of WIP shots.
Musicman has done a great job to "shining" up this paint, and now its just a few minour errors that needs to be fixed.
This time im not gonna release the paint until im satisfied with the result.
Want to make this paint as good as i can, so hopefully you will like it?
What do you think of the work so far from the United Painters Musicman and Oyvjohns??
One thing I've noticed about a lot of these shiny paints, though, is that the actual painted parts look more like tinted chrome than paint compared to actual pictures and I have a theory that it has to do with the reflect map covering the whole plane rather than just the bare aluminum bits, thoughts?
