How are we supposed to handle the updater if we're using fsx models in P3D, do we need to run it twice? That's what I've been doing, but some of my planes will update under FSX and try to update again under P3D.

Just point the installer to your P3D installation and ALL the A2A aircraft will be updated as needed. Remember that for some planes, it may be only the core AccuSim update and will not be identified as an update - as stated in the little box that comes up at the end of the updater run.

Just ran this new update on my P3DV3.2 installation that contains many FSX A2A airplanes. All went well.

Hi Lewis, now I'm confused. I ran the update that was released JUST before the 4-7-16 one.
I have FSX only, no P3D.
When you say "no accu-sim update is just for P3D users" do you mean that this update is JUST for P3D users or do you mean that no accu-sim update is ever for JUST P3D users?
Bottom line, I have FSX, do I need it?
I have the 172, 182, Cherokee, Comanche, Cub, Military Mustang.

Just downloaded the 4/7/16 core update.

Tried a couple of flights from cold and dark configuration, one in warm California (31C), one in cooler Northern British Columbia (9C).

Wop3 Civilian Mustang started OK in both cases. Didn't have much time to do any further tests today, but so far so good !

I purchased the T-6 last night (4-17-16). After installation, every time I would select the T-6 I would get a fatal error. I had to re-install and run the Accu-Sim 4_16_16 update. Now the T-6 works, but all my other A2A repaints are gone and I can no longer get my RXP430 in the Cessna or Piper. Also, the update said the B377 and B-17 were 'not found', though both are installed. So I don't believe they have been updated.
I have to say, this is the second time I have had problems after doing an Accu-Sim update. I am not very happy.

Edit: Figured out how to get the RXP430 back with the configurator, but still had to fix all my repaints. The other issues remain.

Wait a minute. I'm getting confused here. It seems like there's been a new Accu-Sim update every week now.
I just did it twice, haven't been to this forum for a week or so and now I see yet another one?
I have FSX Gold so now I have to download this latest? Why so many?
What's going on at A2A? Is your QA going downhill?
Long time customer but not happy to have to run an Accu-Sim update so frequently.
