In August of 1945, following the end of hostilities the world-over, there was a US military exhibition held under the Eiffel Tower which included the display of several USAAF aircraft for the French public to see up-close in person. At least two P-51D's were part of this exhibition - those being the 4th FG P-51D 44-64153 "Fourth Fighter Group" flown by Major Glover (re-coded following VE-Day to VF-P, as shown below), and the 354th FG P-51D 44-63497 "Angel's Playmate" flown by Capt. Bruce Carr.
