I think I want to get the Mustang

Hi all. I'm thinking of getting the civilian mustang. I do have a question though.

If I get the civ mustang, do I have to buy accusim for it separately or does it come with the plane?

I have the A2A Cessna 172 and 182 and I think Accusim came with these two. Do I still need the Accusim for the mustang or can the Cessna accusims work with it?

Hi Jason,

You'll have to get Accusim seperately for the civilian Mustang. In the older Accusim birds the plane and the Accusim expansion came separately.

The Mustang is challenging but great fun to fly! I enjoy it very much.

If it's from A2A, it's a must have:) The P-51 can be frustrating at the beginning, but it's so rewarding when you get the hang of it

And you'll definitely need Accu-Sim for it

Thanks for the replies. Not what my wallet wanted to hear.

I'll probably get it sooner rather than later, I'm doing my research though. But from my experience, I don't believe there is a better developer for FSX than A2A. They are simply the best in everything from variety of product. price, quality and customer service.

Bear in mind, last I saw there was a checkbox on the P-51's store page that allows you to bundle it with Accusim for a discount compared to buying the two components separately. It's not a huge mark-off but it's something. From experience, I don't think you'll be disappointed with the Accusim P-51 if you decide to grab it.

It is sure great to hear that you pulled the trigger and picked up the Mustang!

It takes a bit to get use to, but she knocks the socks off anything else in my hangar.

She flies and looks outstanding. Definitely worth every penny. And, when you add Accusim to her, it makes a great plane better.

Looking forward to seeing some screenshots, Jason.
