Appreciate your work Fireball, but I'm not a lover of tinted glass. But you did point the way to doing it in clear glass. Having said that, it's academic now you can turn it off altogether.

Ive looked for this on off option and can't find it anywhere after I installed the update.
On another note... after today when I repainted N8055W I loaded it in the sim for the final viewing to make sure all was good with the repaint and there it was EXPERIMENTAL under the rear window. Sometimes it loaded and sometimes it didn't so I don't know.
Some of my repaint work (screens only)

Alan, once the update is done, the option to turn it off is on the shift 3 menu (newest update 11/20/14 I believe) You will see a box label "experimental" and when clicked on it should change to "No experimental" That label is only in play when the two blade prop is selected.EightyFiftyFive wrote:molleh wrote:The new update lets you toggle the tag on or off.

As the one that started this thread....and this was before any changes in software..... If you have a 3 bladed prop, no EXPERIMENTAL tag will show. If you have a 2 bladed prop, the EXPERIMENTAL tag was showing. However, there is, according to the thread, an UP-COMING change in the update that will allow the turning on, and off of the tag. At least that is my reading of what has been written.

Have another read. It has already been implemented in the last update.Al FR-153 wrote:EightyFiftyFive wrote:molleh wrote:..... an UP-COMING change in the update that will allow the turning on, and off of the tag. At least that is my reading of what has been written.

My bad Ron.... Didn't realize it had been released already.
