You can download a PDF pilots manual from here. You need to join the forums, however its very quick as there isnt any of that waiting for an email from an admin shennanigans!

Go a few posts down and you will find a manual for the P47 D

It will print as well! 54 pages mind.....

Thanks for the heads up. You can also find the manuals for the P-51D and the P-40B on the site.
