Hi,

I downloaded P40 POW III for POW II user and accusim.

My principal problem is : wheel break off and wheel chock off, my plane don't move, throttle full forward (engine on of course :P .

Second problem is : no external sound. In cockpit, it's ok

Someone 'll hep me thx. :(

Are you saying you are hearing internal engine sounds? Do your gauges also work?

If so, try reloading the plane from within the simulation.

Scott.

OK, if I understand this, you are able to start the engine, and it's running from the inside but no external sound? This means accu-sim is not connected to FSX.

Try this. After loading the flight, reload the plane. Also, make sure you choose a fuel tank with fuel. Then try to start it.

Scott.

hello Scott,

no, I can start the engine with checklist procedure, but the plane can't move (like if wheel chocks are on wheels) throttle full foward, plane's tail rise up but plane doesn't move. (and external sound is off)

But, when I push auto start button, (engine is still on) wheels can turn and the plane moves. And external sound becomes OK.

coromon,

If you use autostart, then pull your mixture back to shut the engine off. Can you then re-start the engine manually?

Scott.

I tryed this.

Engine start with autostart.
shutt off with mixture.
start engine manually. it start but plane can't move and no external sound.

I push autostart button (I can hear behind engine sound, start sound) and the plane can move with external sound.

Hi,
I have spitfire accusim too, and it's the same thing with her.

I don't know if it's, since p40 installation, or before this with another soft or plane. :(

Try going into OPTIONS / FAILURES / ENGINES and see if the Complete Engine Failure is checked. It should be, as this is Accu-Sim turning the engine off. However, maybe for some odd reason on these systems, it cannot turn the engine back on. Try unchecking this failure and doing a normal start.

Scott.
