about 30seconds after take off from Guarulhos Intl (SBGR) I suffered an engine failure in the number 1 engine, I performed an emergency landing at Congohass Intl (SBSP) I fixed the faulty engine and took of again for my original destination Jorge Newbery (SABE).

Knowing I would more than likely fall asleep Before reaching the destination I put it on AFK and promptly fell alsleep.

waking up I had reached my destination and started my decent only to notice some rather odd flight data in the navigators notes my flight of 900miles was showing something close to 3500miles and my average speed was around 1100 kts.

and before you ask I never use slew, map to move or any other combinations, knowing this was only going to screw up my log I cancelled the flight, and flew it again.

I was wondering if this was due to the landing and taking off again?

Hm, this is odd. It is almost like the flight kept computing while in AFK. We'll test this. Scott.

Thanks for the reply Scott

Personally I've never seen this behaviour before, but saying that I've never landed changed engines (I replaced all 4) and then continued my flight, and then gone AFK, so you never know.

Saying all that it could just have been a fluke.
