Bonjour,

I was so happy to get this AccuFeel...and all planes of my hangar were using well this "AccuFeel" perfectly, flying too with Spitfire, P40, P47...

BUT, problem (on my system) getting the message "OUT OF MEMORY"..........working on this problem during days, hours and tests, going through forums, using Procmon to try to find the problem coming from.

To day, I uninstalled AccuFeel and after flying some birds of my hangar, I could say : AccuFeel is the problem !!!

So I am no more using Accufeel
Sorry for this, but my system doesn't work with Accufeel, except A2A hangar I have

Jean,

This has to be the totality of all your addons, and Accu-Feel may just be in that spot to push it over the edge. Are you running any other global addons, complex scenery?

Scott.

Bonjour Scott,

I am running FsX + Acceleration with UTX Europe updated+ GEX Europe updated mostly flying in Europe and I never got such problem before. Using a lot of free local made sceneries (made by experts), with Alps mesh LOD 11, France mesh LOD 11, have France mesh LOD 13 but not using it.

I just now flew with an Airbus 319 Wilco from LFKJ to LFMN without problem (AccuFeel uninstalled). Using AccuFeel from LSGG to LFMN..."OUT of MEMORY" (about same flight time)

Conclusion is easy ! AccuFeel is using to much "virtual memory" (running with XP 32bits 4 Go RAM)

Have a nice day.

P.S. If you find an answer.
I flew with P47 A2A for around one hour, I had no problem (without AccuFeel)

Re: your think, please explain why I am running P47, Spitfire, P40 from A2A without problem ? (which planes are AccuSim, using AccuFeel)

Win 7 64bits does not answer to this kind of problem

Please look at the manual

System Requirements
If Microsoft FSX runs well on your machine, then it should run the same with Accu-Feel. However, there are some general requirements
you should know about.
REQUIRES LICENSED COPY OF MICROSOFT FLIGHT SIMULATOR X
MICROSOFT FSX SERVICE PACK 2 (SP2) or ACCELERATION REQUIRED
OPERATING SYSTEM (supports both 32 and 64 bit systems):
Windows XP SP2
Windows Vista
Windows 7
PROCESSOR:
2.0 GHz single core processor (3.0GHz and/or multiple core processor or better recommended)
HARD DRIVE:
250MB of hard drive space or better
VIDEO CARD:
DirectX 9 compliant video card with at least 128 MB video ram (512 MB or more recommended)
OTHER:
DirectX 9 hardware compatibility and audio card with speakers and/or headphones

Like Scott said: accufeel might be pushing it over the edge.
The Accusim aircraft do NOT use accufeel. Accufeel does ADD things to the accusim aircraft.

I'm just letting you know what I think. And I've got a lot of experience optimizing FSX so it runs good. So take my opinion or not.

Win7 64bit WILL definitely provide more performance. Based on own experience and a lot of opinions of others.

He means the last drop which overflows the bucket. Imagine a bucket full of water (and I mean filled to the top). There is one single drop that overflows the bucket (because it's full). That drop could be accufeel.

Actually, it does because XP will only use a maximum of 4 GB RAM, whereas Win 7 will allow you to have up to something like 32 GB. Ram chips are a pretty cheap upgrade.

Would FSX plus extras make use of more than 4 GB if the XP were 64-bit..?

Bonjour Bruce,
