What do I have to do to heighten my chances of flying a VIP? Any locations that are hot or is this a completely random selected thing.

There is a random chance on a per-passenger basis, so more passengers means a better chance. Scott.

Interesting, I am over 270 hours and somewhere around 4million passenger miles, and haven't had a VIP yet :?:

That is odd. It is a purely random event. I will check the code and do some tests just to be sure.

Actually, in total, I have had 3 turbo failures and 1 sick passenger.. I am conservative in my approach to operating this aircraft which may also be a factor.. Normal TO is done with 55 inches MP, normal climb is done at 175~180 psi limited to no more than 50 inches MP, initial climb is FL160~FL200, the highest I've had the aircraft is FL240 [with one step], cruise is 2100 in the range of 150~165 psi [37~40 inches MP], I always use Auto Lean, and plan for a 4300lb/hour [total for all 4 engines taxiout/takeoff/climb/cruise and descent].. I always take a 'heavy' load and get somewhwere between 57~71 pasengers on board..

Honestly, my all time favourite aircraft.. Best of the best!! :D :D I really wish A2A would do a DC-7C that would be something..

Glenn
