Hi all...just bought the COTS B377 yesterday and I'm absolutely in love with it (once I figured out how to let the FE do much of the heavy lifting for me). There's just one small problem...I have no engine sound. I have all the other sounds, wind, shuddering, flaps, cowls, intercoolers, crew, etc., but not a peep out of those massive 28-cylinder engines. I can't see a setting in Accu-Sim for engine sound, is there something I might be doing wrong or something I may need to try and reinstall? It seems to be working perfectly aside from no engine sound.

Never mind. I reinstalled the B377 and COTS as administrator and now it's working OK. Ah, Windows, you never cease to amaze. :)

Are you using a soundcard or onboard sound?

If a soundcard, try disabling it and using onboard sound and see if that makes any difference...??

OK I'll give that a try. I'm using an external ASUS Xonar U3. I did actually consider that trick last night but for some reason discounted it. I'll let you know how I get on.

Sorry, if you have reinstalled as administrator, I'm at a loss. I'll point one of the technical guys here. They are a bit busy with "something" at the moment but I'll get you an answer one way or the other!

In the meantime, if you could post your system specs that may help them.

Darryl
