my gunsight is stuck in the bottom right of the glass. Also when i move the camera to the left it gets cut off. I have heard of others having this trouble but it was just too small and stuck in the top right. They had fixed by disabling fsps but I don't run it. Anybody have any ideas???

If you're talking about the gyro reticle then the gyro itself could be off, in which case the reticle will drift away. On the left panel there are the knobs for Gyro/Both/Fixed reticles and brightness, between them is a switch that powers the gyro for the sight, make sure it is on.

Yes the gyro is on I've played with it many times trying to fix it. It's the actual texture that has been moved to the bottom right. I'm trying to upload some pictures but I'm having some trouble haha

Do you use any software that is messing around with textures, like the FSX Booster ? There was problem earlier with it re-sizing gunsight texture, so it appeared as moved to the upper left corner.

You might need to post a screenshot to have the correct impression of your complaint. However I agree with Chris that the culprit is mostly any Add-On that manipulates textures sizes - such as FSX Booster and similar. Your description of the reticle being out of center definitely points to such a reason. Please check ALL your Add-Ons against any entries that might promise to increase the framerate by resizing the textures or similar. In your case where the reticle seems to be shifted to the bottom right I presume that it is also larger than normal. This would point to enlarging the texture rather than reducing it. This is very uncommon. So - please post a screenshot to give us the correct impression.

Yeah, obviously exactly the opposite of the issue we had already but still a manipulated texture. It is clearly visible that the recticle has double the size than normal. So I still propose to search for any Add-On that would manipulate textures.

Try to delete FSX.cfg (backup first) and let FSX rebuild one from scratch.

Yes this is the old tweak one thing break another. Some tweaks whilst will gain you an extra few frames a second, will often break other things. When in doubt, always refer to default

We have found, that the tweak which causes issues is the VIRTUAL_COCKPIT_TEXTURES_SCALE.
It has to be set to 1 to avoid problems.
