A4/Letter Manuals

Post by Prem Holdaway »

I have put two manuals on my website. One is formatted to A4 and the other is formatted to letter size pages. This has been done so that they do not use so much paper and ink. The page number is now down to less than 270.

They can be picked up from the following URL:

http://www.mediafire.com/download/n0v16 ... ual_a4.rar > for the A4 PDF manual.
http://www.mediafire.com/download/3jo7m ... letter.rar > for the letter size PDF manual.

Hopefully this makes it better for those that wish to print their manuals for reference while flying.

Do download the correct one for your paper size.

We need to either sticky this thread, or attach the post to a previously stickied thread, such as the user mods, so it doesn't get lost.

Hi PV,

I agree something should be more permanent. I also hope the two files can be put somewhere permanent. I only have use of 100 MB for my website and if I need the space I shall have to remove those two files. For the moment I do not think I shall be having to add anything more yet.

I can't get the download to work.

If I click directly on the link I get a 404 error.

If I right click and try to save, I get an error dialog that says the site can't be opened. (Letter manual)

Try now Snuffy,

Sorry about that. The programme I use to upload the finals did not lower case all the capital's even though it is set to do so. I had found two more errors and only just put them up just after midday UK time. All should now work.

Printed these. Great work of yours. Thank you.

Michael.
Nobody criticized the pilot for making that slow roll. American fighter pilots are supposed to have enough steam in their breeches to try something out of the book once in a while. The fact that he didn't make it was his own business.

If this is thread is still being monitored, just wanted to say that I cannot download either the A4 or the Letter formats of the 2.10 manual. I get the 'Error 404 - Not found' message. If there is a newer/more relevant link to the manual(s), I would appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

Thanks,
phaedrus

I was just able to download the letter-size manual from the "alternate" site that was added - thanks!

Greatly appreciate the help.

Best regards,

PV - kinda...

On the BOB2 Technical Support forum, there is a sticky thread for 'OFFICIAL MANUAL and reading tips'. Upon selecting that link, there is a post from Buddye that has a link to 'A4/Letter formatted manuals'. When you select THAT link, you are taken to THIS thread.

Hope that addressed your question.

All the best,
phaedrus
