Strange flying hours points

Post by jspringe »

I had 53 flying hours points this morning. While purchasing the Bonanza I selected to use the 53 points. Only 50 points were actually applied in the checkout (I don't know why the other 3 points were not applied).

Purchasing the Bonanza should have added another 50 flying hours points to my account, but my account now says I have "-2", negative two points :)

I should have 53 ?

I've noticed some weirdness on the last two I've bought as well, but wasn't shorted any points. When I bought the P-51, they applied more points than I had, but deducted the same points from what I earned for the purchase. Same with the Bonanza. I think they rounded the points to the nearest dollar for each purchase. Strange, but still worked out even for me.

Loving those points, A2A, thanks!

I used all of my points earlier today, and got told in the shop I would get 50 for the purchase of the Bonanza, but at the moment I'm a -5 points.
Kind Regards
Tomas

I used everything I had on the Bonanza and it was good for 50 points, and I'm at -247 now. I'm sure Lewis will have a look at it when things calm down.

Please Let me know order numbers and I can look into this. I think this might be happening due to clicking more than once before the page has refreshed but I'll have a look.

Thanks,

Mine was 6803. I didn't click more than once but seem to remember it taking a bit for the page to load. I got two order emails with the same number if it means anything to you.

Thanks, and no rush!

fixed, it was a double minus points for you, so added back one of the duplicates.

thanks,

Hi Lewis,

I had 150 before buying the Bonanza, I applied 100 - 10$ discount. The purchase said it will add 40 to my account not 50 as offered.
Now I have 190 - is it normal? Thanks!

Seems like I also have a little points problem. Just purchased the Bonanza and used all my 234 points.
After purchase I was a -199
order no. 7697.
