O/number 6730
Hi Lewis.
Purchased the Bonanza using all my 410 points and paid balance with debit card of $9.

Now I have 9 points instead of 50.This now appears OK

Cheers chris

You only receive the points for the amount you paid, not the original purchase price.

Hi Lewis,

Still something not quite right... Not that 5 point means that much, but I'm still not sure what's going on with the store.
There are 2 orders related to the points issue in my account...
#7047
#6574

It now says I have 48 points when it should be 53 (started with 53 - used 50 + gained 50 = should be 53)

Thanks
Jason

I noticed that, too. My last purchase I ended with 45 instead of 50 points and was thinking I just mis-interpreted the points system.

If you're using points on your purchase, you don't get the full 50 points. If you pay $45, you only get 45 points.

Also, go into the Store and take a look at the details on your orders. On my last two orders, they rounded up my points claimed on the purchase (more than I had) to even dollar amounts, no cents, and the extra points were deducted from points earned on the purchase. It's a weird process, but it worked out even.

Hi !

I have -16 points at the moment.
I just bought the P47 (#8724)
I didn't check how many points i had after buying the Bonanza, zero i guess ? I payed 36.99$ for the Bonanza, so i used 130 points ? order #6870.
Is there a way to track the number points after each purchase ? At least on your side ?

Thanks again !
