Too hard to get Comanche moving on non paved surfaces

Hello! I've noticed it multiple times already, when using grass or dirt strips, it's sometimes really hard to get Comanche moving. It took me around 80% throttle to start moving yesterday. Also when using the towbar the plane gets stuck and won't move, it squats (front strut compresses or decompresses depending on the direction) but won't move. Feels like the friction is way too strong on the surfaces without pavement, it should be stronger but not by that much. I don't think it's some braking issue like discussed here, I never had any problems on paved surfaces. I'm not on the Beta. And unfortunately I didn't write down the airport where it happened last time , I will do some tests and let you know if I find one where it's always reproducible.
