Hi Michael, that sounds absolutely perfect, thank you so much!

Fuel Selectors to Joystick buttons

Hello Firstly, let me say thank you to A2A for this masterpiece of an aircraft. It was definitely worth the wait. It's great to finally have an aircraft worth flying in MSFS! Is it possible to map the fuel selector levers to buttons on the joystick? I have some spare buttons that would be perfect to...

Re: Aircraft Factory in P3D v4

Well doesn't seem too many people know! I went ahead and gave it a go last night and thought I'd report here in case it's of use to anyone else. The aircraft installed fine after pointing the installers to the correct P3D directory. I've tried the aircraft and can't see any problems at all. Everythi...

Aircraft Factory in P3D v4

Hello Just a quick question as the title says... Can anyone tell me if the wonderful AF planes can be used in P3D v4 as they are or do they need a special version to be created for the 64 bit environment? Will there be such a version? If they can be installed as they are, do I need to do anything sp...

Re: Mixture can only be pulled to 50% CH Throttle Quad

Yes, using master mixture/throttle/prop pitch will solve this issue. You will have full control of the axis and be able to reduce it to 0. Just set up a separate profile in FSUIPC for A2A GA aircraft and use the master controls.

This one had me flummoxed for a while too!

Re: Servicing and Maintenance

Ah thanks Esa and Mallcott. I hadn't thought of that - issues being slightly magnified in the sim. Yes in that case it makes more sense to reduce the hours somewhat for the checks. I'll try 25 for my first one and see how we go. As long as I'm not going to the hangar every flight, that's all I want ...

Re: Servicing and Maintenance

Hi Stu, If basing on the manufacturer's schedule, then essentially every 50 hours for an oil + filter change and some basic quick flashlight treatment. Every other visit, that is, each 100 hours, typically gets somewhat more thorough flashlight treatment and other servicing as well. Myriads of othe...

Servicing and Maintenance

Hello I just bought this plane last week and I'm really enjoying it - it's rapidly becoming my favourite! This has probably come up before but I couldn't find anything specific while seraching for it. I don't want to visit the maintenance hangar every time I fly - just when I need to repair things o...

Hi Lewis

Thanks for confirming that and for taking it up with LM. I'll sit tight and wait for them to get round to it.

Re: P3Dv3 No Strobe lights

Hello,

Thanks to the others for confirming that the strobes are not working on your systems. Is this still a P3D problem that will require a new patch to the sim or is this error something that can be fixed by A2A in an update?

Cheers

Re: P3Dv3 No Strobe lights

Hi Tym Thanks for getting back to me and giving me the suggestion. I've just tried it and deleted the shaders folder and let it create a new one but it still doesn't work I'm afraid. All the other lights are working fine and look fantastic. Does anyone else still have issues with the strobe lights? ...

Re: P3Dv3 No Strobe lights

Hello

I've just loaded the 182 into 3.1 and I'm still not seeing any strobe lights. Tym, did you have to do anything else to make them work or did they just work straight away for you?

Cheers

Re: FSXGenius FSX Flight School Videos

Hello I'm afraid I can't help you with links to the videos or anything but I recently saw a post over at Avsim stating that someone who went by the name of FSXGenius was imprisoned earlier this year for fraud so I would think that is why the videos have been removed. I would think you'd be able to f...
