A2A Aircraft affected by Windows 10 updater
It seems that A2A aircraft are also affected by the rogue Windows 10 update. Still not working even after the recent update this week. This will certainly affect people wanting to buy A2A products.

Re: GTN650 Loses GPS Signal
FINAL POST (from me, anyway): Just ran a trip OSH-TVC, running v1.13 of GTN650, with no issues experienced. I'll reaffirm what looks like shenanigans on Flight1's v1.18/1.19 update. I might ask Lewis and others on the A2A team to continue monitoring the situation, though, as it did seem that someth...

Re: GTN650 Loses GPS Signal
I installed F1 GTN 650 just yesterday. (Version 1.19) Installed to FSX route folder as instructed. Installed GTNPCTrainerLite_6211 to suggested C: drive as instructed. Did not use F1GTN configurator tool as A2A Connie already configured. Just selected GTN 650 as GPS in Connie configurator. Does not...

Re: GTN 650
Which one is best is entirely subjective. However, the GTN is a great payware addition. Simply install the GTN 650 to your computer. For A2A aircraft which use their own config for the GTN, you would not need to run the Flight1 tool, but instead run the aircraft configuration program in your A2A/L0...

GTN 650
Two questions on the GPS if somebody can help. Appreciate it.
1. Which of the Connie supported GPS are the best?
2. Does A2A Connie need the installation of GTN 650 in a specific folder/file or does it pick it up from its default installation of GTN 650?

Jumped in
I always, with a new plane, jump right in. No manual (fault of mine I suppose) and start her up at Cape Town. A lovely setting for a lovely bird! I mean the plane, not the stewardess :) Started her up and flew out over the sea from Table Mountain. Turned at 4000 feet and flew her, hands on back to C...

SAA and Constellation
Interesting info on the Constellation in South Africa. Apparently SAA had four of them at one stage.

Re: Finished Repaints
I did a paint of a Swiss Lancair Legacy and the owner had put the Stars and stripes on the tail fin. Trouble was, that he put them on with the stars field on the left on both sides. I duly recreated that. Who got taken to task for getting it wrong? :D Agree. It's got be correct to be authentic. See...

Re: Finished Repaints
Ok chaps... this will be my first release. As seen in an earlier thread, this will be the dual combo of ZU-AZW/SAAF 7650. I spent a bit of time trouble shooting the AZW texture as there were a few issues that needed sorting. My SAAF skins have benefited from a trip down to Air Force Base Ysterplaat...
