Just gone to download the update on my Commanche and I get the error I have reached the limit and cannot download it...

Strange as I only downloaded once...Please can it be reset..

Hi, Just to report a couple of issues :- When using my Virtual Fly rudder pedals I can see the pedals in the VC move for brake but they do not move for rudder. Also my RSG 750 unit is not slaved to the avionics switch as TDS have now implemented. Meaning my 750 remains powered up after switching off...

Happened to me as well guys, I did own 4 Commanches at one point lol ..

To be fair, Scott was superb with his support and all is good now

First off, not a bone. Love the plane. It kicked my arse on the first flight. Far too blasé. Flew into a cloud and didn't fly out! Lesson learned.

Blimey, not just me...

I could not press the starter button with the mouse as it didn't work so tried using the start rotary on my Saitek switch panel...

BOOM!!!....up I went like a bomb had gone off under the plane..

Yes Scott, I tried to log in with what I thought was my password which Windows 11 had saved for autofill and it failed. I then tried the lost password function and never received the email to try and reset it and an hour later still haven't. I then tried a couple of other passwords I use just in cas...

Tried to purchase the Commanche but have been locked out...
Trouble is if I have forgotten my password it is not sending me a reset via email including junk..

How can I reset it?
