Re: New Aircraft News???
Bet they'd sell 10x as many Twotters as WW2 / military stuff. Just saying. Think of modelling that Beta Range...... the ground effect...... amphibians - there's a challenge right there ! I think A2A are a little worried they couldn't cope with an amphibian physics. Too difficult. Keep it safe huh ?...

Re: P3Dv4 Accu-sim Spitfire MkI-II Screenshots - RELEASE
This is awesome news!!
I've been missin' the A2A warbirds ever since switching over to P3Dv4 when it came out.
I hope work is continuing on the other warbirds, as I can hardly wait to have 'em all back for a reunion in my virtual hangar.
Thanks A2A!!

Re: Poor intro to the A2A family
Hi Jim, In addition to what others have suggested, also make sure to start the sim with a generic aircraft, not an A2A aircraft. Once the sim is working and you're on the runway, then switch to an A2A plane. If you haven't already checked out a number of wonderful instructional/educational A2A C172 ...

Re: Issue with Accusim Updater 10_12_17
Okay, thanks!
I remember when I ran the previous updaters over the years, it would scroll through each Accusim plane (with plane image), check its version, and then either update it or skip to the next plane. I guess this updater did all that behind the scenes.
Thanks again!

Re: Issue with Accusim Updater 10_12_17
Hi guys, Just ran through the process again. a) I downloaded the zip file from Scott's original "Accu-Sim Update 10_12_2017 DOWNLOAD" post. b) Unzipped the file. c) Ran the A2A_Update_10_12_17.EXE file as Administrator. Installation Wizard runs. d) Selected the P3D V4 radio button. e) Chos...

Issue with Accusim Updater 10_12_17
Hi, I've never had any problem updating Accusim aircraft before. But this time, I can't locate the actual updater program. I have Windows 10 and P3Dv4.1 I downloaded the Updater zip file, unzipped it, ran the .exe file as an Administrator, and it apparently installed correctly into my D:\Users\usern...

Thanks, Roger!
I'll check out the link and work today on getting my A2A planes settled in a hangar outside of the P3Dv4 folder structure.

Re: A2A Aircraft Installation
The removal of all my A2A folders/files seems to be working, as I've gotten the Constellation to install.
I'll now go back to reinstall the 172, 182 and the T6...
Since hardly anyone else has had any significant problems regarding A2A aircraft installation, I figure the problem must be on my end.

Re: A2A Aircraft Installation
Yeah, here's the message I receive: http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e138/RkyMtnHi7/A2A2_zpsm2whmjsi.jpg I click OK and make sure that P3D isn't running. The thing is... I don't have to go through this BS with any other add-on aircraft, and I tried to locate its files with other A2A aircraft. Nothi...

Re: A2A Aircraft Installation
It worked fine on my system. Are you sure you're using the v4 installer? Thanks for your response. Yes, I'm using the v4 installer. What I don't understand is... Why can't the A2A aircraft installation program, instead of displaying a default location, search and find your P3Dv4 installation locati...

A2A Aircraft Installation
It is SO frustrating installing A2A aircraft into P3Dv4... Why can't A2A's installer be programmed to search for the P3Dv4 folder on one's computer, and then locate/install the A2A files automatically? I have other A2A P3Dv4-compatible aircraft (172, 182, T6) installed... but just can't seem ...

Re: setting activeskynext
Hi, I use P3Dv3.2 and ActiveSkyNext, as well, and experienced the same poor flight performance from the T-6 as you've described. Per others' suggestion, I took a look at my ActiveSkyNext settings (which I never remember modifying) and was horrified. Most of my values under the Wind Options and Effec...
