Re: Cherokee 180 - Engine Start - Fuel

Re: Engine Power
What is your altitude and your mixture setting? Did you follow the checklists?
And have you checked the aircraft in the maintenance hangar?

Re: F1 750/650 with the C182
Make sure that you have the lastet version of Flight1‘s GTN installed. I had similar problems before and installing the latest version solved them.

Re: B-17?
Yeah. I'm teasing myself really. Accu-sim does not work in P3D. Some other problems too but I can get her in the air for a while. I couldn't wait either and my waiting time looks like being significantly longer since I had changed to VR half a year ago. And there is no way back; it's just sooo real...

Re: P-40 Virtual Cockpit - VC Model - VR Scale
After a few flights with this magnificent aircraft it really feels right. I obviously had to get used to the size. Big fun in VR!

Re: P-40 Virtual Cockpit - VC Model - VR Scale
Thank you, Ron, for your comment. It sounds reasonable and I must confess I have never sat in a real P-40 cockpit. But I still have the impression that the gauges look significantly larger than in other airplanes.

Re: P-40 Virtual Cockpit - VC Model - VR Scale
I happily downloaded and installed A2As gift as one of the last A2A airplanes I didn‘t have already. Thank you, A2A team! Unfortunately, I have the same experience with the cockpit size in VR. I only fly in VR since I purchased a VR headset (impossible to go back to 2D!), but the cockpit is really...

Re: No access to SHIFT+ menus in VR
Hello Lewis I just tried to install the update again and noticed that it was obviously not done yet! So, after properly updating, everything is fine. All menus actually appear within the cockpit, which is more convenient that if they were outside. Thanks a lot and I look forward to the same feature ...

Re: No access to SHIFT+ menus in VR
Hello Lewis Thank you for the hint. In fact I was aware that there is an update for the Cherokee and I also installed it prior to starting this thread. But even after this update I cannot access those pull-down menus. The mouse cursor is still stuck inside the cockpit, while with other addon aircraf...

No access to SHIFT+ menus in VR
I recently went a step further and purchased a VR headset (Rift S). And I must say: For me it is a complete game changer. I don‘t think I can go back to a 2D screen any more. The flight experience is so much more realistic, in fact breathtaking, in spite of the still somewhat too low resolution. I...

Re: All A2A airplanes inoperative
Hello Lewis Thanks for your explanation. I am aware that this is your company policy and I have to accept it, although I don‘t consider it as very customer-friendly. You offer FSX/P3D bundles to new customers at an attractive price, but somehow let down your long-term customers who invested in FSX...

Re: All A2A airplanes inoperative
Good news, my Accusim fleet is back! Thank you all very much for your support. I had deleted the backup files already before updating Accusim and it hasn’t made a difference. It was obviously a simmconnect problem. I AGAIN re-installed simconnect, but this time I ran all four installers which I fo...

Re: All A2A airplanes inoperative
Hi Nick, I tried to start the sim with the default C172 in cold-and-dark state, but it didn‘t make a difference. The only change I recently made is the latest Accusim update, but I did not make a flight with an Accusim aircraft immediately after the update. However, when I wanted to fly with the P...

All A2A airplanes inoperative
I have a very strange thing happen. My whole fleet of A2A aircraft in FSX-SE is suddenly inoperative. I can load them but their behavior is totally flawed. No engine start, no cockpit sounds, no avionics .... In addition, the loaded airplane suddenly starts shaking and then goes crazy, lifting into ...

Re: Still getting fp drops in vc with mouse on click spots
As mentioned, a simple workaround is moving the cursor to the edge of the screen or, if in windowed mode, to the window frame. An automated method can be done by a small software (freeware) called AutoHideMouseCursor which hides the cursor whenever not being moved. I set it to the minimum delay whic...
