As stated, it isnt hard. I have copies of all my latest downloads backed up on an external drive based on the seller, and in each folder is a txt file with receipt detail serial number etc. Only have to get upadtes as necessary, very rearely ever have to download a second time.

Was flying NZ last week, flew into some rain had to add carb heat engine was getting rough, was only about 30% but just adds to teh fun whe nyou start discovering the little quirks.

I must thank you for the T6. Of all the planes that I have it is the most enjoyable, and to me most realisitic to fly, and as a result is making me a better Sim Pilot. Know i manage fuel tanks, making sure i change every 15 min to keep the plane balanced, figuered out how to use teh flaps properly, ...

I remember sitting in a chopper not so many years ago, where once teh instruments where fired up teh Pilot would check teh mag compass than adjust the HSI among other things.

It is really amazing on how many iT people say its all ok. If MS is to keep up with teh industry, than there will be lots of things you click on that take you to places you dont want to go, charge you for eveyting after win10 install just like ms flight. adds are sure to pop up with no chance to rem...

Stupid question, but under "sound" in control panel, communication tab. do you have teh "do nothing" ticked. It should be if you have "mute other sounds', than it is something else muting that sound.

One must be carefull with weather engines. Very few actually take into account terrain. ASN i believe will actually create up drafts and down drafts on slopes. With ASN its very rare I ever fly a plane on rails,now if we could get thermals based on surface type, but thats stretching it a bit.

On take off and climb at 70 kts the plane banks to teh left. once in level flight it seems to level out this may be normal, second minor issue is even at 1000 rpm the plane wants to creep forward with the breaks on. One can uset " The Gimp" it opens PSD, does alpha and flips, It is not much more difficult than photoshop also has some usefull plugins.

It has always being recommended by most to NOT install FSX in teh default folder it has very strict security and can cause write issues with programmes. Best bet is its own drive(wont get so fragmented) or c:/FSV that way you wont have so many issues. Also make sure UAC is disabled.
