Re: Will the Aerostar 600 be available for FSX?

Though I understand A2A's position, I sadly have bought my last A2A product, it's not the cost of upgrading to Prepar3d v4 or v5 or going to the MSFS 2020. It's the cost of a complete upgrade, motherboard, graphics card etc I have to look at being 73 and how many years would I continue, for me it pl...

Re: Oxygen?

I must have read it 5 times and didn't see it thanks for the vector. I'm flying with it now in the Comanche at 17,000 in FSX and seems to be working as advertised Thanks again

night flying and changing fuel tanks

My flights in the Bonanza so far had been mostly day time, but the post about the taxi lights not being enough to see, so I tried it. I have the dynamic lighting and the taxi lights light up enough to find my way around the airport. Now that raised another situation. I went ahead and took off, gear ...

Re: Minimum Cruise Settings

When I was first going thru flight school with the local FBO, this one CFI told me that A&P's loved owner/pilots to run lean of peak, it meant a top overhaul a lot sooner, but then he told me that don't let Marv the owner of the FBO catch you doing it on one of his rentals

Re: Have you ever landed at the wrong airport?

I remember in real life building hours and ferrying aircraft from KS n' FL, to the NW, Completely inside out m' lost
, landing at an airport low on fuel guy comes out and asked if I needed fuel, I replied yes and tell me where am I, in my defense I was still fairly fresh and it was my first ferry

Bonanza vs Commanche

I'm reminded at the discussions here of the merits of the Comanche vs Bonanza Years ago in the real life flying career, both hobby and vocation, I was approached to come and be proposed to join a flying group. It was a mixture of tail draggers up to ATP's. As with most groups like this you had to ea...

Re: Tip tank performance question

Just a thought, why not just run the tips empty if you don't need the fuel then it seems like a win, win

after reading this I think I may have pulled the wrong lever, I chose new and now I think it would have been more ''real life'' to have chosen used, as the v35 hasn't been built for, well a while. Question I guess is do I have to uninstall and reinstall as used of is there a shortcut to change my ch...

Re: Tip Tank procedures?

it's been quite some time since I flew a V35 or F33 but somewhere in the mist I seem to remember you could feed either main from either tip tank. That is you could feed the left main from the right tip tank or the right main from the left tip. Or maybe I'm confused once again. Like I said it's been ...
