Re: Civilian Mustang veers to left on takeoff
I had a similar problem in the past where the airplane began to roll to the left and I could level it out but as soon as I let go the joystick, it kept rolling to the left. It turned out that my rudder foot pedal (1-axis device) had been installed in the system as a 4-axis, 4-button joystick. Hence ...

Re: cdfi's site down? or gone?
Hi, Daddy's Girl repaint is still WIP. It has about 20 items on the to-do list that has accumulated over time. They're small details that need to be added but usually takes an exorbitant amount of time for painting & testing each item. On another note, I may also do "Lou IV" 361st FG f...

Re: cdfi's site down? or gone?
Ok folks, I've moved to another web host.
The website link is now at: seediffy's flight sim graphics
(Note: The download button at the bottom of the webpage may be slow to react but it should pop up after a few seconds of delay.)
cheers,
cdfi

Re: cdfi's site down? or gone?
Google decided to halt web hosting support on Google Drive after 8/31/2016. So cdfi's site, which was on Google Drive, is gone. The files and images are still accessible individually on Google Drive, so it's possible to make them available again. https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=0B6-hU...

Re: 'Dallas Doll'
After all these years of looking at the famous photograph of the 353rd FG "Dallas Doll" and admiring the beautiful painting titled 'Playing the Last Ace' by Heinz Krebs, it was great to have a way to put all that info into a repaint so that we could see it in FSX. Fold3.com has a giant pho...

Re: Question for CDFI, Re: Frances Dell
After viewing their nice photos on the Midwest Aero facebook page, I've going to make several corrections to some of the areas in the preliminary repaint that I made earlier, and as soon as it's done, I'll post a screenshot and a download link.

Re: Repaint: P-51D "Bunnie" 332nd FG, 15th AF
Awesome! Any plans on releasing the other two repaints seen in the second screenshot? The Mustang with the red stripes on the tail is a repaint of "February", MX-I, 31st FG, civilian version, registry N351MX. It was painted to the likeness of the very inspirational and beautiful P-51D Mus...
